Overview
The fReactor - classic platform allows both single and multiphasic reactions to be carried out across a range of residence times. With a total volume of ~ 8ml this is well suited to laboratory evaluation of flow chemistry. The fReactor is flexible in operation and easy-to-use.
The 5 modules, each of which form a separate reaction zone, ensure a good residence time distribution. These locate onto a metal baseplate which sits on conventional laboratory hotplate-stirrer. With mixing in each zone, this reactor brings great flexibility in the length of residence time for both single and multiphasic reactions. Multiple ports allow telescoping of reactions, sampling or integration of sensors within the reactors.
